the staff of L2Europe operates with rules, we expect our players to read, respect and follow these (simple) rules. The rules have been made to secure a fair gaming experience for all players. Breaking the rules will get u punished accordingly. By playing on our gameserver u automatically agree to these rules. If u cannot or don't won't to agree to these rules, then please do not make use of our services. These rules are available for everyone to see, and may be updated at any given time. So please make sure u visit this page often to keep yourself updated!1---External Programs and Accounts/Items----

Any use of 3rd party software is forbidden. This includes programs like L2Walker; FoxL2Walker and L2.Net. We will be monitoring our players to prevent these programs from logging in to our server - NO EXCEPTIONS MADE - these programs generate an unfair advantage over 'legit' players and therefore we won't allow them. Ingame-items are not to be sold for real-world currency. This includes items gained through donating to the server.Punishment 1'st time - Account ban.

Your account is securely stored on our server and we have made sure that account theft is near impossible. However, we do not hold any responsibility for account, character or item loss. We advise u to choose an unique username + password for every account u make and keep these details to yourself. Alltho account sharing is not forbidden it remains your own choice. Under no circumstances will u be reimbursed if someone screws u over.2---Donations----

Donations are very well appreciated, but under no circumstances will donaters receive 'special treatment' of our staff, we despise corrupt servers and staff. Donation rewards are clearly stated on the site, all other requests will be ignored. If players harass GMs for special favours they will get punished.Punishment 1'st time - 1 week in Jail.
2'nd time - 4 week in Jail.
3'rd time - Account ban.

All-In-One (AIO) buffers are NOT to be used out-of-town or in any event / pvp situation. Their only purpuse is buffing, all other (mis)use of an AIO will result in punishment.Punishment 1'st time - 4 week in Jail.

By donating you confirm that you understand the defenition of the word 'donation'. Your reason for donating should be to support L2Europe and all connected services. All donations are made voluntarily. L2Europe does not sell ingame items, they are merely handed out as a sign of appreciation depending on the size of your donation. You are not allowed to block the way to GK's, Town Spawns, Quest NPC's by standing near or over them. If u are blocking a NPC in a way it is only accesible by using /target u are clearly breaking this rule.Punishment 1'st time - 1 week in Jail.

3'rd time - Account ban.

Spawn-killing can be annoying, but it is part of Lineage II and therefore allowed. If u get repeatedly killed on a spawn-point simply go to another place or just walk to your destination.e*
Grief buffing (the act of deliberately giving a player a buff they do not need/want) is only allowed OUTSIDE towns and safe zones.f*
PvP and PK are game-elements of Lineage II - in fact, it's what makes this game so much fun. We encourage our members to participate in these game-functions. Therefore there are no restictions on PvP/PK.g*
Point-farming of any kind is forbidden, this includes PvP;PK;Duel and Olympiad-points. With point farming we mean: gaining points with your own characters in a pre-defined setup, ie. killing your own characters out-of-town or teleporting into the olympiad 'fighting' your own characters.h*
Refrain from insulting or offending people ingame and on the forums. Bear in mind that Lineage II is a game which, like all games, is played for fun. Behind every character is a real person and there's no reason to be disrespective. Alltho we are no kindergarten, and this is after all the internet, please choose your words carefully.Punishment 1'st time - 1 week in Jail.
2'nd time - 4 weeks in Jail.
3'rd time - Account ban (racism will result in an instant ban).

Lineage II has built-in chat-filters, like Shout (!), Trade (+) and Hero (%). Use these channels accordingly. For example: trades in the shout-channel are not allowed.Punishment 1'st time - 1 day chat-ban.
2'nd time - 1 week chat-ban.
3'rd time - 1 week in Jail.
4'th time - 4 week in Jail.

L2Europe is not connected, in any way, to the official Lineage II created by NCsoft. Our service is based upon the legal Lineage II emulator L2JFree.These rules have also been posted on our forum.
